The Samsung Galaxy Tab S10 FE — released April 3, 2025 — is Samsung's mid-range 10.9" tablet that bundles the S Pen in the box at no extra cost, a feature that sets it apart from most tablets in this price range. Powered by the Exynos 1580 (4nm, octa-core, Mali G68 MP5 GPU) — the same chip powering the recent Galaxy A56 — the Tab S10 FE handles everyday tasks including social media, browsing, streaming, video calls, and S Pen note-taking without issue. Heavier workloads like video editing may exhibit some performance limits expected of an affordable device in this class.

The 10.9" IPS LCD display (2304×1440, 90Hz, 800 nits, 249ppi, 16:10 ratio) delivers a sharp, wide workspace for note-taking, document editing, and media consumption. The 16:10 aspect ratio is better suited to productivity tasks than the 16:9 ratio on many competing tablets — more vertical space for documents and web pages. 800 nits peak brightness is adequate for indoor and moderate outdoor use. The S Pen — included in the box — enables handwritten notes, sketching, annotation, precise selection, and Samsung's AI-powered handwriting features.

Galaxy AI features are built in: Circle to Search circles anything on screen for instant Google search. Handwriting Help (S Pen) corrects handwritten notes. Solve Math circles handwritten equations for step-by-step solutions. Note Assist summarises and formats Samsung Notes automatically. Galaxy AI basic features provided by Samsung are free. IP68 water and dust resistance — rated to 1.5 metres for 30 minutes — adds real-world durability unusual at this price point for a tablet.

The 8000mAh battery with 45W fast charging — Samsung is introducing 45W wired charging to its latest affordable tablet, a meaningful step up from the 15W on the Tab S9 FE. Camera: 13MP rear for document scanning, photos, and 4K video, plus a 12MP ultrawide front for video calls and virtual meetings — notably wide-angle for capturing more participants in a frame. MicroSD expandable to 2TB for large media libraries, offline content, and file storage.

Android 15 with One UI 8.5 and four guaranteed major Android upgrades. Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.3, USB-C (with DeX support for desktop-mode productivity).
