The POCO X8 Pro is the global version of the Redmi Turbo 5 — POCO's 2026 flagship-performance mid-range, equipped with the MediaTek Dimensity 8500-Ultra — a 4nm chip with a faster CPU and GPU than the X7 Pro's Dimensity 8400 Ultra. It ships with HyperOS 3.0 on Android 16, 8GB or 12GB of fast LPDDR5X RAM, and 256GB or 512GB of UFS 4.1 storage.

The 6.59" AMOLED display pushes 1268×2756 (1.5K resolution) at 120Hz with 3500 nits peak brightness and 2000 nits high brightness mode — one of the brightest AMOLED panels available at this price tier. Dolby Vision, HDR10+, and 12-bit colour depth make streaming look genuinely premium. Gorilla Glass 7i protects the screen.
The 6500mAh silicon-carbon battery is rated for over 1,600 full charge cycles while retaining 80% capacity — significantly better long-term durability than standard lithium-ion cells. The P3 charging chip and G1 battery management chip intelligently adjust charging speed based on temperature and usage. 100W HyperCharge fills from 1% to 100% in 48 minutes (display off, Top Speed mode enabled). A 100W charger is included in the box. 27W reverse wired charging turns the X8 Pro into a power bank for earbuds, watches, or other phones.
