Nothing 4a Pro

The Nothing Phone (4a) Pro is the most significant upgrade to the 4a lineup — a complete redesign built around a 7.95mm aircraft-grade aluminium metal unibody, one of the slimmest metal-body 5G phones available. Cold to the touch, heat-dissipating, and structurally rigid — it's a phone that feels genuinely premium in hand. Launched March 2026, it brings the iconic Glyph Matrix back to the a-series for the first time.

The 6.83" 1.5K AMOLED display runs at 144Hz with a record-breaking 5000 nits peak brightness — brighter than virtually any phone available. You can use it as a torch. Dolby Vision, HDR10+, and Gorilla Glass 7i protection. Adaptive refresh from 1Hz to 144Hz preserves battery at idle while staying fluid during use.

The triple 50MP camera system is headlined by a Sony LYT700c main sensor with OIS and a 50MP 3.5x periscope telephoto with OIS — extending to 140x hybrid zoom. The TrueLens Engine 4 processes images with advanced multi-frame RAW processing and 12-layer AI segmentation for Ultra XDR photos. 4K Ultra XDR video with Dolby Vision recording. The 32MP front camera handles crisp selfies and video calls.

The Glyph Matrix — back from the Phone (3) — features 137 LEDs arranged in a grid on the back. It supports Glyph Toys (interactive light patterns and games), notification lighting, charging indicators, and timer visualisations. No other phone has anything like it. The back panel has a semi-transparent camera bar that reveals the hardware beneath — distinctly Nothing.

Essential Space — Nothing's AI second-brain — captures ideas, screenshots, photos, and voice notes via the Essential Key, then automatically summarises them, extracts to-dos, and helps you remember upcoming events.
